Hi my is Janine. I as you can guess started this blog because of my struggles with painful PMS every month. But I learned the healthier I lived such as getting more exercise, drinking more water and eating healthier, the better my PMS got. So as a consequence, I decided to shift the focus of this blog from PMS to wellness and being healthier.
I have lost weight and have more energy, but I feel that I have only just begun to on my journey to wellness and health.
I want to invite you to come along with me and share this journey with me.
I love New York and enjoy all it has to offer, but I think I can strike a balance with between savoring the best of New York and being healthy.
I have an open mind about what will make me healthier.
I hope to lose more weight, have more energy, sleep better and be more pain-free.
