Bloating
Bloating is one of the most common complaints from women with PMS. This is an uncomfortable condition that is often associated with Type H PMS, but can be helped with a managed diet.
Food Cravings
The crave for food is a symptom synonymous with Type C PMS, where the women feels a constant desire to eat. This can lead to weight gain, and consequently a lower self esteem and perhaps even depression.
Cramps
Cramps are perhaps one of the more painful physical symptoms of PMS. However, their severity can be managed by controlling your intake of caffeine and junk foods.
Migraines
Another uncomfortable and painful physical symptom, migraines are probably one of the most common PMS symptom. Again, they can be helped by managing your diet, exercising regularly and through the administration of over-the-counter painkillers.
Insomnia
Women with PMS often suffer from bouts of insomnia, which can drain you from energy and willpower. It can be helped by controlling what you eat, eradicating all junk foods from your diet and taking some regular exercise.
